Filings and Recordation. Except for (i) the filing for recordation pursuant to the Transportation Code of the Indenture (with the Indenture Supplement covering the Aircraft attached), (ii) with respect to the security interests created by such documents, the filing of financing statements (and continuation statements at periodic intervals) under the Uniform Commercial Code of Delaware, and (iii) the registration on the International Registry of the International Interests (or Prospective International Interests) created under the Indenture (as supplemented by the Indenture Supplement covering the Aircraft), no further filing or recording of any document is necessary under the laws of the United States or any state thereof as of the Closing Date in order to establish and perfect the security interest in the Aircraft created under the Indenture in favor of Loan Trustee as against Company and any third parties in any applicable jurisdiction in the United States.
Filings and Recordation. Each Debtor has made all necessary filings and recordations to protect and maintain its interest in the Trademarks, Patents and Copyrights set forth on Schedule 1.1 (as the same may be amended from time to time), including, without limitation, all necessary filings and recordings, and payments of all maintenance fees, in the United States Patent and Trademark Office and United States Copyright Office to the extent such Trademarks, Patents and Copyrights are material to such Debtor’s business. Also set forth on Schedule 1.1 (as the same may be amended from time to time) is a complete and accurate list of all of the material Trademark Licenses, Patent Licenses and Copyright Licenses owned by the Debtors as of the date hereof.
Filings and Recordation. Except for the filing for recordation pursuant to the Transportation Code of the First Indenture Amendment, no further filing or recording of any document is necessary under the laws of the United States or any state thereof as of the Series B Closing Date in order to establish and perfect the security interest in the Aircraft created under the Indenture in favor of the Loan Trustee as against the Company and any third parties in any applicable jurisdiction in the United States.
Filings and Recordation. Filings and Recordation. All filings and recordings enumerated and described in Part A, Part B and Part C of Schedule III, as well as all other filings and recordings necessary or advisable, including precautionary financing statements, in the opinion of the Lessor, the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent or any Participant, to perfect the right, title and interest of the Lessor, the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent and the Participants intended to be created by the Operative Documents shall have been made, or shall have been arranged to be made promptly thereafter, in the appropriate places or offices, including any recordings and filings necessary to create, preserve and protect such Persons' valid and binding security interests in and Liens on the Collateral, subject in each case to Permitted Liens. All recording and filing fees and Taxes with respect to any recordings or filings made pursuant to this Section 4.1(c) or otherwise payable in respect of any Operative Document shall have been paid in full by the Lessee, and satisfactory evidence thereof shall have been delivered to the Lessor and the Agents, or arrangements for such payment shall have been made to the satisfaction of the Lessor and the Agents or evidence satisfactory to the Lessor and the Agents of exemption from such filing fees or Taxes shall have been delivered to the Lessor and the Agents.

Except for (i) the filing for recordation pursuant to the Transportation Code of (x) in the case of filings on the date hereof, this Aircraft Security Agreement (with the applicable Aircraft Security Agreement Supplement describing such Aircraft attached) and (y) in the case of filings on any subsequent Aircraft Closing Date, the applicable Aircraft Security Agreement Supplement describing such Aircraft, (ii) with respect to the security interests created by this Aircraft Security Agreement, together with the applicable Aircraft Security Agreement Supplement describing such Aircraft, the filing of financing statements (and continuation statements at periodic intervals) under the Uniform Commercial Code of the State of Delaware, and (iii) the registration on the International Registry of the International Interests (or Prospective International Interests) created under this Aircraft Security Agreement (as supplemented by the applicable Aircraft Security Supplement describing such Aircraft), no further filing or recording of any document is necessary or advisable under the laws of the United States or any state thereof as of such date in order to establish and perfect the security interest in such Aircraft created under this Aircraft Security Agreement in favor of the Security Agent as against the Company and any third parties in any applicable jurisdiction in the United States.
