Filing Procedures. The District shall not base any adverse action against an employee upon materials originated or received by the District that are not contained in such employee’s personnel file. Notwithstanding the foregoing, materials from law enforcement agencies related to offenses that are in violation of Education Code sufficiently serious to cause suspension from duty shall be relevant and admissible in actions initiated by the District against such employee.
