Filing Procedure. To file an RPT grievance, the Faculty Member must contact the office of the AAUP. Upon completion, the Grievance form will be distributed by the AAUP to the respondent(s), the Grievance Committee Co-Coordinators, the Xxxxxxx, and the Xxxx or administrator.
Filing Procedure. To file for mediation, the Faculty Member must contact the office of the AAUP to obtain and to file a Request for Mediation Form. The AAUP shall promptly forward the filing to the University Contract Administrator.
Filing Procedure. The Faculty Member must file the request for a Grievance Panel hearing with the office of the AAUP. Upon completion, the AAUP shall distribute the completed request form to the Grievance Committee Co-Coordinators and the University Contract Administrator.

The form must state with specificity the grounds for the grievance, the specific provisions of this Agreement alleged to have been violated, and the requested relief. Failure to do so may serve as grounds for rejection of the grievance (See Appendix 4.C.1.c). Upon completion, the Grievance form will be distributed by the AAUP to the respondent(s), the Grievance Committee Co-Coordinators, and the University Contract Administrator.

Filing Procedure. The Faculty Member grieving a proposal of discipline must file a request for a Grievance Panel Hearing with the office of the AAUP. The AAUP shall forward the completed request form to the Respondent(s), the Grievance Committee Co-Coordinators, the University Contract Administrator, and the relevant Xxxx or appropriate academic administrator.
Filing Procedure. To file for, or waive, mediation, the Faculty Member must contact the office of the AAUP to obtain and to file a Request for Mediation Form or a Waiver Form. The mediation begins when the Faculty Member timely signs and files the Request for Mediation Form.
Filing Procedure. No grievance shall be considered except under the terms of the following procedure as hereinafter provided, including specifically the placing of the grievance in writing, citing the article allegedly violated, containing a statement of the difference, and the remedy sought. At all steps, copies shall be sent to PSC Human Resources and Labour Relations. Grievances shall be submitted on a form satisfactory to the City and the Union.
