Filing of the Agreement. To the extent, if any, that a party concludes in good faith that it is required to file this Agreement or a notification thereof with any governmental authority, including without limitation the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, such party may do so, subject to the confidentiality obligations set forth herein, and the other party shall cooperate in such filing or notification and shall execute all documents reasonably required in connection therewith at the, expense of the requesting party. The parties shall promptly inform each other as to the activities or inquiries of any such governmental authority relating to this Agreement, and shall cooperate, in responding to any request for further information therefrom at the expense of the requesting party.
