Filing Deadlines. The Collaborator responsible for filing any Patent Application for a Subject Invention shall notify the other Collaborator of all filing deadlines for prosecution of any Patent Application and maintenance of any patents on the Subject Invention. Notwithstanding the primary responsibility defined in Article 7.4.4.1, sixty (60) days prior to any filing deadline, the Collaborators shall confer to determine if the filing Collaborator intends to respond to the filing deadline. The non-filing Collaborator will be permitted to take action if the filing Collaborator declines.
Filing Deadlines. The grievant or the grievant’s representative must file the request for a Step 2 review within seven (7) days from the expiration of the Step 1 review, or within seven (7) days from the receipt of the Step 1 decision unless there is an extension in writing. If the seven (7) day period expires without the grievant filing a request for Step 2 review, the grievance shall be considered time-barred for a Step 2 grievance and the grievance shall be deemed to have been resolved by the decision at Step 1. The expiration of the seven (7) day period shall be evidenced by a receipt executed by the office receiving the request for Step 2 review, or by the date of mailing as determined by the postmark.

The demand for arbitration shall be made within a reasonable time after the claim, dispute or other matter in question has arisen, and in no event shall it be made after the date when institution of legal or equitable proceedings based on such claim, dispute or other matter in question would be barred by the applicable statutes of limitations.

Filing Deadlines. All in-custody filings for the Downey Branch Office of the Superior Court submitted through eCER must be transmitted to the Downey Area Office by 8:30 a.m. the day the suspect is due in court.
Filing Deadlines. When the 6th day of the month falls on a Saturday, reports are due the Friday before at or before 5:00 P.M. When the 6th day of the month falls on a Sunday, reports are due the Monday after at or before 10:00 A.M. Any contractor FAILING to meet the reporting deadlines, funding will be held until the following month or later if reports are not filed on time, incomplete or are inaccurate. September and June reports must be done within the deadlines or risks losing all funds for September and June due to the Federal and State fiscal year ending. Normal reimbursements occur after the Governing Board meeting of the Agency on the third Thursday of each month.
Filing Deadlines. The BOARD will accept filings pursuant to state law and will define the filing period and hours of filing pursuant to the election laws.
