Filing at FERC. ISO-NE shall make the appropriate filing with FERC as required to effectuate the termination of this Agreement pursuant to this Article 6.
Filing at FERC. If, pursuant to FERC regulations, the termination of this agreement is required to be filed with FERC, such termination shall be effective upon the date established by FERC. ISO-NE shall report any termination of this Agreement in its Electric Quarterly Report.
