Common use of Filed Claims Clause in Contracts

Filed Claims. Should you file a Claim contrary to this section entitled “Resolution of Disputes”, we will be entitled to recover attorneys’ fees and costs, provided that we have notified you in accordance with this Agreement of the improperly filed Claim, and you have failed to promptly withdraw the Claim.
