File Sharing. When you share a file using Schoolwork in connection with a Managed Apple ID, Apple automatically organizes any files shared into class folders for students and teachers in the iCloud Drive. Your End Users' can access their shared files using their Managed Apple ID. Annotations or changes made to these files will be visible by any End User in a class with whom You have shared a file. You can stop sharing files at any time. Files created by Your End Users using Managed Apple IDs are stored until you delete them. However, any file previously copied to another device or computer will not be deleted.
File Sharing. WOW! recommends that Customer leave File and Print Sharing services turned off. If Customer leaves File and Print Sharing ON, it is possible that other users can access Customer’s machine while Customer is on the Internet. Customer hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Customer assumes all risk associated with “file sharing”, and that WOW! shall have no liability whatsoever for any claims, losses, damages, actions, suits or proceedings arising out of or otherwise relating to such use by the Customer.
File Sharing. Tax Masters as servicer for the RAL Originator shall provide the following files to Block Services for use in the 2003 Tax Period and future Tax Periods:
File Sharing. File sharing is the public or private sharing of computer data or space. Any program that creates a point-to-point connection between two or more computing devices for the purpose of sharing data is considered file sharing. File sharing of any kind is prohibited both at school and at home. The only exception to this is when it is a specific assignment given by the ICT coordinator. The only exception for file sharing is the use of GAFE and AirDrop for educational purposes only.
File Sharing. HSBC shall provide certain processing files for use during each Tax Season to the Company sufficiently in advance of each product launch each Tax Season.

Except as otherwise agreed to, the Block Companies may not access or decode the Processing Files provided to any of them by HSBC TFS, except in response to, and to fulfill, a Client's request for a Settlement Product and to provide appropriate disclosures with respect to such Settlement Product, and in such case by only utilizing software provided by HSBC TFS to access or decode such Processing Files.
File Sharing. HSBC TFS shall provide the Processing Files for use during each Tax Period to the Block Companies by November 1 prior to each Tax Period.
File Sharing. The installation file sharing applications or streaming applications such as PirateBay, Kodi, etc. are prohibited. These programs facilitate illegal file sharing of copyrighted material (music, video, and images).
File Sharing. If applicable, some Services may include the ability for You to share files with third parties and for them to share files with You. You agree to obtain all necessary licences and consents to enable Us to share such files between You and such third parties and You shall indemnify Us against any liability that We may incur as a result of Your failure to obtain such licences and/or consents. We accept no responsibility for the content of files uploaded by You or any third parties. While we may provide a document storage and exchange service this does not involve checking for malicious software, which shall be Your responsibility. We reserve Our rights to remove any files that You and/or such third parties may share or immediately disable Your access and/or terminate Your account should Your file sharing activities (or those of such third parties) be deemed in Our sole discretion to be inappropriate, illegal and/or threaten the security of other customers.
File Sharing. In the event that the Company or the Customer authorises Beepo to gain access to Personal Information and other Company Data through file sharing systems or equivalent, the Company acknowledges that such access: is at the Company's own risk; is subject to the terms of this Deed; and Xxxxx accepts no responsibility for any liability that may arise as a result of such access. If the Company is a consumer, nothing in this Deed restricts, excludes, limits or modifies the Company's rights or remedies against Beepo for failure of a statutory guarantee under the ACL. The liability of Beepo for any breach of a statutory guarantee under the ACL is limited to, at Beepo's option either: the resupply of the Services; or the reasonable cost of having the Services resupplied. If clause 4.2 does not apply, then other than as stated in this Deed, Beepo will not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential losses suffered by the Company or any third party, howsoever caused, including but not limited to loss of turnover, profits, business or goodwill or any liability to another party arising under or in connection with the provision of the Services, except to the extent of liability imposed by the ACL.
