File Format. The data format for the notification will be as a comma separated value (CSV) file contained as an attachment within an e-mail. CSV File Name The CSV file name should consist of the SSA assigned VIPP Supplier Market Participant Id , file ID, the date and file version number as follows: AAAA_DF_YYYYMMDD_NN.csv where AAAA represents the place holder for the SSA assigned VIPP Supplier Market Participant ID. DF is the File ID. YYYYMMDD represents the first Settlement Day for which the Demand Forecast data contained in the file refers to. NN is the version number of the file, where 01 represents the first file sent for the Payment Period in question. For subsequent versions of the file the version number must be assigned sequentially. It is important to note the file with the highest version number will over write all data received previously for that Payment Period.
