File Delivery. If Customer loses the ability to access its Purchased Content online through ProQuest (e.g., if ProQuest discontinues online access services), or if the Purchased Content is otherwise eligible for local loading, Customer may obtain digital copies upon certifying that it will secure and restrict use of the Purchased Content as contemplated under this Agreement, using systems and technology at least as protective as ProQuest’s. File transfer costs, if any, are Customer’s responsibility.

All use of the materials delivered continue to be subject to this Agreement. File transfer costs, if any, are Customer’s responsibility.
File Delivery. After the final logo design is approved, we agree to deliver the logo design to you as digital files (.wmf, .png, .gif, .pdf, .ai., .eps, and/or .jpg graphics file formats). Custom logo packages are delivered to you by e-mail for downloading.
File Delivery. If daily cutoff is prior to 5:00pm eastern, daily posting files for nightly processing should be delivered no later than 8:30 PM each processing day.

For Stock logo packages I will email you your files. Ownership: I give you the right to use your new design in all media useful for your business promotion. I ask that you let me display your new Design and your full name, business name, and website address or company address, for testimonial and promotional purposes on my websites and in any printed ads. Originality: I affirm that my Designs are original and that I own the rights granted under this agreement, and that the rights granted do not conflict any other agreement.
File Delivery. After the final logo design is approved, the Organization agrees to deliver the logo design to the Client as digital files (.png, .pdf, .eps, and/or .jpg graphics file formats). Custom logo packages are delivered to the Client by email, or if the files are very large, the Client will be provided with a private link to download a zipped folder of all logo files. Ownership AMA Virginia Tech gives you the right to use your new Logo design in all media useful for your business promotion in perpetuity. We do ask that you allow the Organization to display your new logo image and your full name, business name, and website address or company address, for testimonial and promotional purposes (for the purposes of providing examples of our work) in printed and online portfolios. Rights to display these designs will begin in two years’ time, starting in November of 2023. The display of said designs will be solely for examples of work created by the Organization, and not for commercial or monetization purposes. Originality Virginia Tech AMA affirms that the logo designs provided are original and that the Organization owns the rights granted under this agreement, and that the rights granted do not conflict with any other agreement.
File Delivery. Netflix requires Aspera for Source Asset delivery. Netflix will provide a free Aspera account, if necessary. Upon notice from Netflix (email sufficient), Distributor shall deliver Source Material via Netflix’s Content Partner Portal starting on a mutually agreed upon date. The Content Partner Portal will be accessible via GUI (graphical user interface) and/or through API (application programming interface) integration with the content partner’s Asset Management System. Ownership: Veemio give you the right to use your new logo design in all media useful for your business promotion. Veemio ask that you let us display your new Logo Image and your full business name, and website address or company address, for testimonial and promotional purposes on Veemio website and in any printed ads. Originality: Veemio affirm that the Logo Designs are original and own the rights granted under this agreement, and that the rights granted do not conflict any other agreement.
