Field Instrumentation.  From the Junction box a multicore UVG signal cable will be installed to the new stand-alone paper less recorder in the WTP control room for indication and alarming purposes as a short term solution and later the signal cable will be re-routed to the Yokogawa distributed control system (Yokogawa DCS). This configuration is for unit 1 to 3.  From the existing ABB junction box at unit 4-6 CPP sample room, a multicore UVG signal cable will be installed to the ABB distributed control system, and later re-route the cable to the Yokogawa DCS.  Paperless recorder that display real – time measured data on a touch screen and save data on an external storage medium (SD card) can be utilised  The analyser should be capable of offering 2 x separate 4-20mA analogue signal outputs and 2 x separate digital signal outputs where the analogue signals should be able to indicate programmable analogue readings to the DCS and the digital signals should be able to indicate programmable digital or alarm outputs to the DCS.  The dissolved oxygen analyser will be powered by either 24 VDC or 220 VAC.  The monitoring system shall be designed such that parts and components can be replaced, repaired or reconditioned on- line without having any impact on the system performance. The expected life span of a dissolved oxygen analyser should at least last ten years. Once the analyser becomes obsolete, spares should still be available for at least 5 years thereafter. Warranty on the analyser after commissioning should be 24 months. After sales support contracts shall be included in the enquiry as options to the main offer. The transmitter casing should be IP-66 rated as to allow for occasional water splashed due to station cleaning. All cubicles back plates, slots, rack and I/O modules installed shall have at least 20% free capacity to allow future expansion.

Field Instrumentation. Economiser inlet sample, condenser extraction pump discharge and the superheated steam sample will share an on-line sodium analyser made possible through some form of external multi-channel sequencer per unit. • Out of the multi-channel sequencer there will be one sample line going to the on-line sodium analyser for sample analysis and then the analyser will send the signal back to the sequencer.   • Background and Instructions History of Agreement- This agreement has been drafted by the Texas Student Privacy Alliance (TXSPA). The Alliance is a collaborative group of Texas school districts that share common concerns around student and data privacy. The Texas K-12 CTO Council is the organization that sponsors the TXSPAand the TXSPA is the Texas affiliate of the national Student Data Privacy Consortium (SDPC). The SDPC works with other state alliances by helping establish common data privacy agreements unique to the jurisdiction of each state. This Texas agreement was drafted specifically for K-12 education institutions and included broad stakeholder input from Texas school districts, statewide associations such as TASB, TASA, and TASBO, and the Texas Education Agency. The purpose of this agreement is to set standards of both practice and expectations around data privacy such that all parties involved have a common understanding of expectations. This agreement also provides a mechanism (Exhibit E- General Offer of Terms) that would allow an Operator to extend the ability of other Texas school districts to be covered under the terms of the agreement should an Operator sign Exhibit E. This mechanism is intended to create efficiencies for both Operators and LEAs and generally enhance privacy practices and expectations for K-12 institutions and for companies providing services to K-12 institutions.

  • Project Documentation All documentation provided to the City other than Project drawings shall be furnished on a Microsoft compatible compact disc.

  • Licensed Documentation If commercially available, Licensee shall have the option to require the Contractor to deliver, at Contractor’s expense: (i) one (1) hard copy and one (1) master electronic copy of the Documentation in a mutually agreeable format; (ii) based on hard copy instructions for access by downloading from the Internet

  • Source Documentation Accounting records must be supported by such source documentation as canceled checks, bank statements, invoices, paid bills, donor letters, time and attendance records, activity reports, travel reports, contractual and consultant agreements, and subaward documentation. All supporting documentation should be clearly identified with the Award and general ledger accounts which are to be charged or credited.

  • Documents & Data; Licensing of Intellectual Property This Agreement creates a non-exclusive and perpetual license for City to copy, use, modify, reuse, or sublicense any and all copyrights, designs, and other intellectual property embodied in plans, specifications, studies, drawings, estimates, and other documents or works of authorship fixed in any tangible medium of expression, including but not limited to, physical drawings or data magnetically, electronically or otherwise recorded or stored, which are prepared or caused to be prepared by Consultant under this Agreement (“Documents & Data”). All Documents & Data shall be and remain the property of City, and shall not be used in whole or in substantial part by Consultant on other projects without the City's express written permission. Within thirty (30) days following the completion, suspension, abandonment or termination of this Agreement, Consultant shall provide to City reproducible copies of all Documents & Data, in a form and amount required by City. City reserves the right to select the method of document reproduction and to establish where the reproduction will be accomplished. The reproduction expense shall be borne by City at the actual cost of duplication. In the event of a dispute regarding the amount of compensation to which the Consultant is entitled under the termination provisions of this Agreement, Consultant shall provide all Documents & Data to City upon payment of the undisputed amount. Consultant shall have no right to retain or fail to provide to City any such documents pending resolution of the dispute. In addition, Consultant shall retain copies of all Documents & Data on file for a minimum of five (5) years following completion of the Project, and shall make copies available to City upon the payment of actual reasonable duplication costs. In addition, before destroying the Documents & Data following this retention period, Consultant shall make a reasonable effort to notify City and provide City with the opportunity to obtain the documents.
