Field Conditions. From time to time, the Tenant is obligated to verify conditions pertaining to the Leased Premises prior to and after commencement of construction of its Leased Premises. Tenant shall coordinate its work with the work of Landlord, other tenants, and with existing conditions above, below and adjacent to the Leased Premises. Tenant shall make changes as required to accommodate such work or conditions.
Field Conditions. Tenant shall verify all field conditions and dimensions prior to the commencement of construction.
Field Conditions. Subject to Section 16.1 and Section 16.2, Licensee and Licensor shall cooperate with respect to scheduling and maintenance to provide a suitable field condition and appearance for Priority Events and for UNLV Team Home Games. No UNLV Team Home Game or Other UNLV Event shall be scheduled or, subject to Section 37.1, shall continue to occur, during the twelve (12)-hour period prior to an NFL Event.

Field Conditions. Ambient Conditions All locations where any portion of the equipment specified in this Section is installed must be temperature and humidity controlled, clean, and dust free. Conditions suitable for office work and equipment shall be acceptable. Do not power up equipment unless you have a source of clean technical power, and the HVAC system is operating correctly. Verify all conditions on the job site applicable to this work. Notify Owner and Consultant in writing of conflicts, discrepancies, or omissions promptly upon discovery. Specific items will dissipate heat and must be provided with additional airflow and cooling. Make sure adequate HVAC is supplied to equipment spaces to remove the heat generated on a year-round basis. The drawings diagrammatically show conduit, wiring, and arrangements of equipment fitting the space available without interference. If conditions exist at the job site which make it impossible or disadvantageous to install the work as shown, recommend solutions and/or submit drawings for approval showing how the work may be installed. Existing Conditions The system is designed to operate correctly given the current/designed physical and acoustic environment of the project site.
Field Conditions. A. Cold-Weather Requirements for Cementitious Materials: Do not apply unless concrete-surface and air temperatures are above 40 deg F (5 deg C) and will remain so for at least 48 hours after completion of Work.

If there are any questions regarding these or other coordination questions, the Contractor is responsible for obtaining clarification from the A/E before proceeding with Work or related Work in question.
