Field Collection. It involves meeting the Borrower and collecting the payment of the amount due. The activity shall be carried out through employees of CGHFL or authorized representatives. The payment would be collected either in cash or in the form of a cheque/ DO against the valid receipt only which will be issued to Borrower.

Where field data collection is required, the contractor shall utilize conventional and other methods, such as a total station, or Global Positioning System (GPS) in accordance with the applicable Geospatial Positioning Accuracy Standards published by the Federal Geographic Data Committee (FGDC).
