Common use of Fiduciary Duties Clause in Contracts

Each Holder is entering into this Agreement solely in its capacity as the record owner or Beneficial Owner of the Shares and nothing herein is intended to or shall limit or affect any actions taken by any of such Xxxxxx’s designees serving in his or her capacity as a director of Parent (or a Subsidiary of Parent).
