Fiduciary Duties. The duties and responsibilities of the Owner Trustee and the Trust Agent shall be limited to those expressly provided for in this Agreement. The parties hereto agree that except for the purpose of the foregoing sentence, neither the Owner Trustee nor the Trust Agent shall have management responsibilities or owe any fiduciary duties to the Insurer.
