Fees; Payment Terms. 2.1 Payment. Subscriber will pay Company the fees specified in each SOW or Order Form contained therein. Unless the SOW or Order Form provides otherwise, Subscriber will pay Company within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of invoice. Where multiple onsite visits are scheduled, the Professional Services, fees and incidental expenses shall be invoiced upon the completion of each visit.
