Fees for Service i. School District shall pay Teach For America an annual fee for each Teacher employed under this Agreement to defray expenses Teach For America incurred in recruiting, selecting, providing pre-service training and continuing professional development services to the Teachers employed by School District under this agreement. School District agrees that all payments for fees shall be in the form of check delivered to Teach For America or wire transfer to an account designated by Teach For America in writing.
Fees for Service. Quality Assurance. These fees to be paid pursuant to the provisions of Chapter V, Subsection 5.5.
Fees for Service. 6.3.5.1 CUSTOMERwill not be chagred a fee for LIDB storage Services provided by AT&T to CUSTOMER pursuant to this Agreement.
Fees for Service. Client agrees to pay the Attorneys hourly fees at the rate of $300.00 per hour. It is understood that Attorneys will xxxx Client for work that includes, but is not limited to, the following: office conferences, telephone conversations, court appearances, reading and writing correspondence, preparing and reviewing pleadings and documents, analyzing financial records and reports, and travel to and from court or other destinations associated with this representation. I understand that I will not be represented on a fixed-fee basis. Any quoted figures for the total cost of services are merely estimates. My Attorneys have made no promise or guarantees to me regarding the outcome of my legal action.
Fees for Service. If a wholesaler, distributor or retailer is entitled to a fee-for-service delivered over time (e.g. inventory management services) such fee will be pro-rated between Bayer and Purchaser based on the relative portion of such period falling before or after the Closing Date.
Fees for Service. Contractor shall be paid the agreed sum based on fees outlined on Attachment 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Contractor shall invoice the District for the provision of the Services on a weekly basis and shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the District’s receipt of Contractor’s invoice for the provision of the Services for the relevant week. Any payment not received by Contractor within said thirty (30) day period shall accrue interest at the lesser of (a) the rate of one and one-half percent per month or (b) the maximum rate allowed by law, commencing with the date of the invoice until payment is actually received by Contractor.
Fees for Service. 13. The fee for labor support is $1200. The payment amount includes one/ two prenatal visits, 1 postpartum follow-up visit (limited to 1 hour), unlimited telephone support and face-to-face labor support not to exceed 24 hours per doula. The client shall pay a deposit of $600 at the time of signing the contract and the balance must be paid in full by 35 weeks of pregnancy. Please note that this service and payments are non-refundable.
Fees for Service. For the above-referenced series of services, Client agrees to pay an annual fee of $315,000 for year one payable on a quarterly basis. Each subsequent year, the fee will increase $10,000. Consultant Initials: Client Initials: SCHEDULE B SCHEDULE OF STANDARD PROFESSIONAL FEES The following is a list of services and related fees not stipulated under this Agreement. Client agrees to pay Consultant provided that Client engages Consultant in writing on such projects prior to the commencement of work and that Client approves in writing in advance the additional expenditure.
Fees for Service. Fees for service of civil documents shall be turned into the general fund, unless these documents are served while the officer is off duty.
Fees for Service. The fee does not include any equipment, labor or parts necessary for non-warranty repairs OR for unscheduled visit to the site per Client’s request.
