Fees for other Services. The Company may retain certain of the Advisor’s Affiliates from time to time, for services relating to its investments or its operations, which may include property management services, leasing services, corporate services, statutory services, transaction support services (including but not limited to coordinating with brokers, lawyers, accountants and other advisors, assembling relevant information, conducting financial and market analyses, and coordinating closing procedures), construction and development management, and loan management and servicing, and within one or more such categories, providing services in respect of asset and/or investment administration, accounting, technology, tax preparation, finance (including but not limited to budget preparation and preparation and maintenance of corporate models), treasury, operational coordination, risk management, insurance placement, human resources, legal and compliance, valuation and reporting-related services, as well as services related to mortgage servicing, group purchasing, healthcare, consulting/brokerage, capital markets/credit origination, property, title and/or other types of insurance, management consulting and other similar operational matters. Any fees paid to the Advisor’s affiliates for any such services will not reduce the advisory fees. Any such arrangements will be at market rates or reimbursement of costs incurred by the affiliate in providing the services.
Fees for other Services. In addition to the transportation services contemplated by this Agreement, Carrier may, from time to time, upon request from Shipper, provide the additional services described on Schedule 4(d) to Shipper, and Shipper shall pay Carrier for such services in accordance with the rates set forth on Schedule 4(d).
Fees for other Services. If applicable, and if MX is performing any ancillary services on behalf of the Buyer, there may be other fees which are chargeable to the Buyer by MX which will be notified by MX to the Buyer in writing.

In addition to all other fees set forth herein, Client will pay Wendover for the fees set forth in Exhibit C.1 for (i) default property inspections; (ii) broker price options (BPOs); (iii) appraisals; (iv) tax service; (v) flood determinations; (vi) title searches; (vii) loss draft property inspections; and (viii) attorneys' and trustees' services related to bankruptcy and foreclosure actions for Mortgage Loans; provided, however, that the fees charged by and payable to Wendover for GNMA-guaranteed Mortgage Loans, and (B) HUD-insured and VA-guaranteed Mortgage Loans shall not exceed the applicable amounts allowable under the applicable Agency Guidelines. All fees set forth in Exhibit C.1 are subject to change upon thirty (30) days' prior written notice.

The Company (including through the Operating Partnership or other subsidiaries) may retain certain of the Advisor’s Affiliates from time to time for services relating to its investments or its operations, which may include property management services or property management oversight, construction management services, specialized expertise and dedicated resources in specific areas of real property, real estate-related securities or debt investments, leasing or leasing oversight services, corporate services, statutory services, acquisition services, transaction support services (including but not limited to coordinating with brokers, lawyers, accountants and other advisors, assembling relevant information, conducting financial and market analyses, and coordinating closing procedures), construction and development management or oversight services, and loan management and servicing, and within one or more such categories, providing services in respect of asset and/or investment administration, accounting, technology, tax preparation, finance (including but not limited to budget preparation and preparation and maintenance of corporate models), treasury, operational coordination, risk management, insurance placement, human resources, legal and compliance, valuation and reporting-related services, as well as services related to mortgage servicing, group purchasing, healthcare, consulting/brokerage, capital markets/credit origination, property, title and/or other types of insurance, management consulting and other similar operational matters. Any fees or reimbursements paid to the Advisor’s Affiliates for any such services will not reduce the Advisory Fee or any reimbursements that may otherwise be owed to the Advisor. Any such arrangements will be at market rates or reimbursement of costs incurred by the Affiliate in providing the services, provided, however, that any fee approved by the Independent Directors at the entering of such Product Specialist Agreement shall be deemed to be at market rates.
Fees for other Services. In the event the City asks us to render legal services with respect to other matters, in the absence of a written agreement specifically addressing that representation, the other matters will be handled on an hourly basis, and fees and costs will be payable under the same terms and conditions as provided for in paragraph 2 of this letter.

Examples are an update for a change in employment that does not reduce income, positive and neutral changes in finances, and minor changes in physical health or medications, a change in residency. An update is needed when there is a change in the recommendation, such as the number of children, the age, or the health or medical needs of the child to be adopted. Supplemental Home Study Services 900 SAMPLE Supplemental services are required to keep the home study current, such as the USCIS one-time free extension or for state or county requirements. Supplemental services would be needed in response to an RFE or when there is a significate change in circumstance. Examples are a loss of employment, financial insecurity, arrest, an allegation of child abuse, change in medical, emotional, or mental health, pregnancy, marital difficulty, an accusation, or concerns about the prospective adoptive parents' capacity to raise an adoptive child, a failure to disclose critical information such as undisclosed criminal history. Supervision of Social Services (for families who do not live in our service area) 500/300 The fee for supervising the cooperating agency conducting the Home Study is 500, due at agreement. For supervising another agency's post-placement reports, 300 is due at referral. We require a Post-Placement Commitment letter from your Home Study Agency showing that all fees for post-placement services have been paid. For supervising a home study update, 300.
