Fees/Commissions. Except as set forth on Schedule 2.1(t), Borrower has not agreed to pay any finder’s fee, commission, origination fee (except for the processing and commitment fees due pursuant to Section 1.2 hereof) or other fee or charge to any person or entity with respect to the Loan and investment transactions contemplated hereunder.
Fees/Commissions. The Company has not agreed to pay any finder's fee, commission, origination fee or other fee or charge to any person or entity with respect to or as a result of the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereunder, except for the processing fee due to Purchaser pursuant to Section 1.3 hereof.
Fees/Commissions. Seller shall pay UBSFS $ per share of Stock sold; with such amounts to be deducted by UBSFS from the proceeds of sales under this Trading Plan.

Fees/Commissions. Fees are due and payable immediately on a tenant entering into a tenancy agreement with the Landlord. It is agreed that Xxxxxx Xxxxx will deduct such fees and commission due from rent monies collected. In the event of a local authority demanding repayment whether in part or in full of housing benefit from Xxxxxx Xxxxx and where the funds being demanded have been passed to the Landlord, then I/We acknowledge that I/We (the landlord) shall be responsible for refunding all monies to the agent without any deductions whatsoever immediately.
Fees/Commissions. Each party to this Agreement warrants to -------------------- the other that no person or entity can properly claim a right to a real estate or investment banker's commission, finder's fee, acquisition fee or other brokerage-type compensation (collectively, "Real Estate Compensation") based upon the acts of that party with respect to the transaction contemplated by this Agreement. Each party hereby agrees to indemnify and defend the other against and to hold the other harmless from any and all loss, cost, liability or expense (including but not limited to attorneys' fees and returned commissions) resulting from any claim for Real Estate Compensation by any person or entity based upon such acts.

I/We agree to pay Rpm an arrangement fee of £250 (excluding advertising and outlays) for arranging a tenancy (this includes finding the tenant, serving of notices, preparation of both lease and inventory of contents in addition to obtaining references). For any renewal of a tenancy an arrangement fee of £80 shall be payable. In addition to the above fees, I/We agree to pay Rpm a commission of 12.5% of the calendar monthly rent as a management charge for collecting the said rent and dealing with all matters relating to this tenancy.
Fees/Commissions. Fees are due and payable immediately on a tenant entering into a tenancy agreement with the Landlord. The Landlord will be invoiced separately and following on a monthly basis, until termination of the tenancy, the commission will be deducted from the monthly (gross) rental and transferred to The Landlord’s bank account. In the event of a local authority demanding repayment whether in part or in full of housing benefit from rpm and where the funds being demanded have been passed to the Landlord, then I/We hereby acknowledge that I/We (the Landlord) hereby accept responsibility for refunding all monies to the agent without any deductions whatsoever immediately.
