Fees and Taxes. Payments. AvePoint’s invoices to Customer are payable within thirty (30) days of the date of Customer’s receipt of said invoice. The Customer agrees to receive invoices in electronic form. AvePoint shall send electronic invoices to the Customer in a suitable and common format (such as a PDF file).
