Fees and Pricing. Merchant and Givex agree to the fees and pricing for the GivexPay Services as set forth in the Acceptance Form and Order Form (if applicable). Without limiting any other rights of Givex, beginning on the one year anniversary following the earlier of the signature date or the Effective Date, Givex shall have a right to increase the aggregate fees payable by Merchant by an amount equal to the greater of (i) the average annual change (expressed as a percentage) for the prior calendar year in the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers - All Items (seasonally unadjusted) (collectively the “CPI-U”) plus 1%, or (ii) 4%.
Fees and Pricing. Merchant and Givex agree to the fees and pricing for the GivexPay Services as set forth in the Acceptance Form and Order Form (if applicable).
Fees and Pricing. Ordering will be conducted via Purchase Order issued by Customer to Lexmark prior to implementation or installation activities. The PO must include the information listed below:
a) PO number
b) PO date of issuance
c) Vendor name and address
d) Ship-to address, including contact name and phone number

f) If product, then product part number and specific product description
g) Specific quantity of each item
h) Unit price per part number or per service
i) Extended unit price by part number/service (quantity x unit price)
j) Shipping - in accordance with MSA and SOW
k) Payment - in accordance with Appendix A, Section 8.J of DIR Contract No. DIR-TSO-3103
l) Shall include the words: "All terms and conditions are in accordance with DIR Contract No. DIR-TSO-3103 and all appendices including Appendix F, Service Agreement to DIR Contract No. DIR-TSO-3103 dated , 201X." m) Authorized signature on the PO n) DIR Contract No. DIR-TSO-3103 Customer agrees to order and install a total minimum number Output Devices under this Agreement as agreed in the SOW. Fees and Pricing. Merchant and Givex agree to the fees and pricing for the GivexPay Services as set forth in the Acceptance Form and Order Form (if applicable). Without limiting any other rights under this Agreement and in accordance with the amendments clauses of the Agreement, as of the one-year anniversary following the Effective Date of this Agreement, Givex maintains the right to increase the fees payable by you taking into consideration consumer price inflation and/or the Harmonised Index of Consumer Prices, as relevant.

In return for the performance of the Services, and for the Intellectual Property Right licences granted by the Service Provider to the Customer in connection with the Server, and with TrackLog® and/or, as applicable, TrackLog®App, the Customer shall pay the Service Provider an amount as indicated in the Order Form.
8.1.2. The fee payable shall be based on the chosen Subscription and the number of Products connected to TrackLog®.
8.1.3. The fee shall constitute financial compensation for the licences granted by the Service Provider to the Customer in connection with any and all Intellectual Property Rights in its possession and under the terms and conditions set out in Art. 11.
8.1.4. Access to the Options shall be dependent on the prior payment, by the Customer, of the fixed fee stated in the Order Form.

Fees and Pricing a. Fees Due. CEL will pay fees as set forth in Exhibit C.
b. Publisher Library eBook Price. In the metadata submitted for each Perpetual Access Title, Publisher will specify the Publisher Library eBook Price for in Canadian Dollars. Publisher may change the Publisher Library eBook Price associated with a Perpetual Access Title upon sixty days’ prior written notice to CEL. Except as otherwise agreed by CEL, changes to a Publisher Library Book Price will not affect CEL’s payment obligations in connection with orders received by CEL from its customers before the 60 day notice period has elapsed.
Fees and Pricing. In consideration of the Services to be provided by IKANO, the Customer agrees to pay the fees specified in the Pricing and Invoicing Schedule incorporated into the Agreement. These fees are exclusive of federal, state, local, and foreign sales, use, or other tax, which the Customer agrees to pay, if applicable. In connection with offering the Services to the Subscribers, the Customer is solely responsible for payment of credit card and payment processing fees, and all billing adjustments/credits. In certain situations, IKANO may require the Customer to deposit funds with IKANO to secure payment of fees. Such deposited funds shall not bear interest.
Fees and Pricing. Subject to all terms and conditions set forth in this Section 6 and Developer’s performance of Services to KabaQ’s reasonable satisfaction and KabaQ’s acceptance of the applicable Software, together with the Documentation thereof, required to be delivered (“Software Deliverable”) and all other documents, work product, and other materials that the Developer is required to provide to KabaQ under this Agreement (“Deliverables”), KabaQ shall pay the fees and expenses set forth in the applicable Statement of Work (“Fees”). All such Fees shall be determined in accordance with the fees, billing rates, and discounts (“Pricing”) set forth in the State of Work (the “Pricing Schedule”).

Such fees may include fees for incoming and outgoing transactions and percentage based fees for trades completed. Unless otherwise specified, you accept that fees are automatically deducted from your wallet balance or deposit at the time when the service is rendered or completed.
