FEES AND ALLOWANCES. 9.1. The service will be commissioned for a maximum of two sessions2 each week, for a maximum time period of 12 consecutive weeks.

Where NECAF is not available, contractors shall submit all claims as set out in Part B; Claims should normally be submitted by the 5th day of the month following the month in which the service was provided (e.g. claims for supervision in March should be submitted by the 5th of April). Claims must be submitted no later than the 5th May at the end of the relevant financial year. Claims made after this date will not normally be paid. Fees and allowances shall be paid monthly in arrears; Claims for payment shall be subject to Local Health Board arrangements for Post Payment Verification;
