Fee Variation. During the term of this Contract Amity may at its sole discretion vary its Fees. Any variation of Fees will be communicated in advance to the Parents in writing.
Fee Variation. The charges for Service(s) have been based upon wages, conditions and general costs existing at the date of this Agreement. Alarm Australia, reserves the right to increase the rates set out on the front of this Agreement to allow for any increases in operating costs by giving written notice to the Client stating the amount of the increase and the date upon which the increase is to apply.
Fee Variation. Uhura may increase the applicable license fees and otherwise change its fee structure at any time and from time to time by posting such revised fees on Uhura`s website (xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/) (the “Website” ). You are advised to check the Website regularly for such changes. Uhura may also give email notice of such changes to the email address provided by You during registration, as may be updated by You, but solely on Uhura`s discretion.
Fee Variation. (a) If the Company's cost of wages, materials or any other supply or input applicable to any of the Services increases, the Company may, increase any of the relevant Fees for that Service by a reasonable amount commensurate with the increase in cost to the Company (plus a reasonable profit component thereon) and the Customer must pay the Fees as varied by the Company with such variation to apply from the date the change in the Fees are notified to the Customer.
Fee Variation iGenerate may vary the Fees of any Services at any time for any reason by giving at least [90] days prior notice in writing to you. If you do not accept the variation, you may terminate this Agreement by giving iGenerate notice in writing at least [30] days prior to the variation coming into effect.
