Fee Types. For one family unit, for one calendar year, this fee provides for: one set of carts, consisting of a waste cart, compost cart and mini bin, replacement and or repair of waste and compost carts, monthly collection of recyclable material, bi-weekly collection of waste and compost carts on alternating weeks, a Spring and a Fall cleanup collection and a Christmas tree collection. This fee also allows for the free drop off at any WWDC of recyclable material on Saturday mornings, household hazardous waste on designated days, white goods and residential bulk material any time during operating hours; Cottage Collection Fee For one cottage unit, for the period June 1 - Sept 30, this fee provides for: one set of carts, consisting of a waste cart, compost cart and mini bin, replacement and or repair of waste and compost carts, monthly collection of recyclable material and bi-weekly collection of waste and compost carts on alternating weeks. This fee also allows for the free drop off at any WWDC of recyclable material on Saturday mornings, household hazardous waste on designated days, white goods and residential bulk material any time during operating hours; Extended Cottage Collection Fee Provide the same as above for the period May 15 - October 31.
Fee Types i. Activation Fee — The Client is responsible for a one-time activation charge. (see Pricing) Activation shall not be deemed complete until after the funds are verified and paid in full. This fee is non-refundable for any reason. Upon receipt of the activation fee AutoPal Software shall provide access to the software & the client shall have full access to the features they have enrolled for, however this may require additional registration for products, 3rd parties, applications, or other processes to insure full function of the software. The Client shall receive six (6) hours of technical support provided by AutoPal Software included in the activation fee. If additional technical support is needed, the technical support hourly rate fee will apply. (see Pricing). All technical support trainings and/or services are provided on a first-come, first-serve appointment basis. Additional products within the AutoPal Store may include an activation charge. (see Pricing)

  • Service Types Where you are funded for more than one service type under this Activity, and you have met the requirements within one of these service areas, you may shift all or part of any remaining funds to another service type you support under this Activity. You must advise us of resource attributions annually through the Activity Work Plan Report as detailed in Item E.

Each CPU license to a Product entitles you to assign the Product to a single CPU in one production environment and up to two non-production environments, for use in support of an unspecified number of Named Users.

  • SPECIALIZED SERVICE REQUIREMENTS In the event that the Participating Entity requires service or specialized performance requirements not addressed in this Contract (such as e- commerce specifications, specialized delivery requirements, or other specifications and requirements), the Participating Entity and the Supplier may enter into a separate, standalone agreement, apart from this Contract. Sourcewell, including its agents and employees, will not be made a party to a claim for breach of such agreement.
