Fee Income. On the date that the Ceded Premium is paid hereunder the Company shall pay the Reinsurer an amount equal to 8% of Ceded Premium, or the percent applicable of Ceded Premium if changed in accordance with the Ceding Commission Article. For the avoidance of doubt this Fee Income is not a part of Ceded Premium.
Fee Income. Sheffield Hallam University intends, subject to approval of this Agreement, to introduce an annual charge of £8,500 for full time undergraduate study for those students commencing their study in the academic year 2012/13. This charge will apply to all undergraduate courses irrespective of mode of study or qualification type and will be pro rata for any student studying on a fractional or part time basis. This fee will be reviewed annually and may rise in line with permitted increases announced by Government each year. The outstanding performance of the University in combining inclusive participation and higher rates of student success and retention (see sections 1.3 above, 3.1.2 and 3.2.2 below) has led to a commitment to invest 19.7% of additional income for purposes outlined in the Access Agreement. Therefore we will be planning to allocate additional expenditure of £3m in 2012/13. We feel our analysis reflects an appropriate and reasonable interpretation of the guidance. It also reflects evidenced-based analysis and experience of success which enable us to be clear and confident about what needs to be invested to achieve targets set out later in this document.
Fee Income. 19. Students will not, for the duration of their course, be subject to any increase in the fee beyond that indicated in this access agreement. Students completing Foundation Degrees at Reaseheath College in July of 2018 who are progressing and continuing straight onto a BSc Top Up programmes within the institution will be charged the same tuition fee that they were for the Foundation Degree. First time entrants to Reaseheath on BSc Top Up programmes will be charged the full fee listed in the fee table.
Fee Income. This fee regime yields a significant income stream for the University, which is used to support students and to improve facilities. Significantly, it is used directly to support students who might otherwise be deterred from entering HE. We estimate that around twenty per cent of the additional income will be used for this purpose. 4 Financial support for students The University is committed to investing approximately twenty per cent of the additional fee income each year in direct financial support to students throughout the life of this Agreement. The University scheme and the BSO scheme are operated separately, but all within this Access Agreement. The University will provide direct financial support to students via a Bursary and Scholarship Scheme. These will only be available to students on full-time Foundation Degree, Bachelor’s and integrated Master’s courses and the PGCE for which the maximum allowable Home/EU fee is charged. All students who apply for financial support through their Local Authority/Student Loans Company and who are being charged the maximum allowable fee for their course will receive a direct cash payment as described below. The University has signed up to the model bursary scheme devised by UUK/SCOP (UUK 1/04/77). The University scheme and the BSO scheme will be adjusted annually to compensate for inflationary adjustments to fees and the HEMG.
