Fee for Profit. 42.2.1 An Allowance in the amount set forth in Exhibit A is established for payment of the Fee for Profit in accordance with the provisions set forth below.

Fee for Profit. In addition to the payments for direct and overhead costs as herein before provided, the Airport Authority agrees to pay the Construction Professional an amount for profit for Services performed, based upon a percentage of actual direct and overhead costs incurred and as set forth in Exhibit C. It is agreed and understood that such amount will constitute full compensation to the Construction Professional for profit and may vary because of any differences between that estimated cost and the actual cost for Services performed. In the event this Agreement is terminated, payment of a fee for profit shall be in an amount which shall be determined as set forth in Exhibit C, multiplied by actual direct and overhead cost incurred to date of termination less previously paid profit. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the Construction Professional shall not be entitled to any lost profits for any Work or any Services which the Construction Professional did not perform.

All actual costs shall be itemized and certified as paid to specifically named firms or individuals, and shall be supported by proper receipts. Subconsultants: Actual costs incurred by Consultant for services procured from subconsultants pursuant to its provision of the required Services.

  • Criteria for Promotion 24.04.01 For evaluating each application for promotion, the following general criteria shall apply:

  • Teaching Loads The range of teaching loads, number of preparations and number of pupil contacts required should provide for effective instruction and meaningful teacher-student interaction. DPS and the Association agree to work together to seek increased state funding to decrease class size. The principal shall report to the CSC, after the roster verification process, the number of students in each class and this will be published in the CSC minutes on the school’s website. For the purposes of this section, a “class” shall be defined as any general education, including electives and model one classes. Upon request, after the roster verification process, the District shall provide the Association with the student information management system data regarding class enrollment.

  • INTEREST IN TEACHING PUPILS The certificated classroom teacher demonstrates an 29 understanding of and commitment to each pupil, taking into account each individual's unique 30 background and characteristics. The certificated classroom teacher demonstrates enthusiasm for or 31 enjoyment in working with pupils.

  • Application for Promotion Employees who have successfully completed their initial probationary period may make application for any Job Posting provided they meet the minimum, stated qualifications for the involved position; provided, however, that employees who have failed a promotional probationary period in a classification shall not be permitted to take an examination for promotion to that classification within twelve (12) months of the date of such failure.

  • Teaching Load Full teaching assignments shall normally include 12 course credit hours of scheduled teaching per academic quarter. A reassignment of duty, for the equivalent of 3 or 4 credit course, shall be provided during one term of the first academic year to all newly hired tenure track faculty to further their teaching, scholarship and service and to encourage faculty retention. Wherever possible the University will endeavor to arrange teaching schedules that avoid excessive numbers of preparations and recognize evening and/or off-campus assignments. Class sizes will be established and monitored by the appropriate academic xxxx in consultation with division chairs and affected faculty each term. The following equivalencies will be used in determining teaching assignments:

  • Cost of Services Political Subdivision shall share some expenses for the above services, supplies and equipment. Additional elections may lower costs for each entity, and election cancellations may raise costs for each entity. It is understood that other political entities may wish to participate in the use of the County’s electronic voting equipment and polling locations, and it is agreed that Contracting Officer may enter into other contracts with entities for those purposes on terms and conditions generally similar to those set forth in this Agreement. Only the actual expenses directly attributable to this Agreement and any prorated shared expenses may be charged to Political Subdivision, plus a 10% administrative fee.

  • Planning for Future Years (a) Advance Notice. The Funder will give at least 60 Days’ Notice to the HSP of the date by which a Planning Submission, approved by the HSP’s governing body, must be submitted to the Funder.

  • CREDIT FOR PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE All employees shall be classified according to previous comparable supermarket experience. Previous comparable experience shall be granted on the following basis:

  • Annual Evaluation The Partnership will be evaluated on an annual basis through the use of the Strategic Partnership Annual Evaluation Format as specified in Appendix C of OSHA Instruction CSP 00-00-000, OSHA Strategic Partnership Program for Worker Safety and Health. Xxxxxxxxx & Xxxxxx will be responsible for gathering required participant data to evaluate and track the overall results and success of the Partnership. This data will be shared with OSHA. OSHA will be responsible for writing and submitting the annual evaluation.

  • Eligibility for Promotion An employee in the classification of Police Officer must have a minimum of five (5) years service in the classification of Lincoln Police Officer as of March 1 of the testing year to be eligible to test for the classification of Sergeant.
