FEE FOR BASIC SERVICES. Fee for the services set forth in this Assignment No 10 shall not exceed the sum of Four Thousand Fifty-Eight and No/100 Dollars ($4,058.00). FEE FOR BASIC SERVICES. Fee for the services set forth in this Assignment No. 4 shall not exceed the amounts set out in Exhibit A-4 attached and are payable as set forth therein and not otherwise. Notwithstanding anything contained in the Consultant Agreement or in Assignment No. 4 to the contrary, neither TFC nor the State of Texas shall be obligated to pay Consultant any commission or out-of-pocket expenses under this Assignment No. 4.
FEE FOR BASIC SERVICES. For commercial/industrial/multi-family projects, Willdan proposes a fee of 0.5% (half a percent) of each parcel’s annual assessment per fiscal year (subject to a minimum annual per parcel charge of $30 and a maximum annual per parcel charge of $120).
