Fee Chart. To assist the City in meeting expenses resulting from ongoing development, a Developer shall pay development fees for direct capital expenses incurred by the City that it incurs related the property. Fee Chart. (a) To assist the City in meeting expenses resulting from ongoing development, upon application for a building permit from the City for all or a portion of the Property, each Builder shall pay Development Fees for Administrative Needs, Police, Fire, Community Facilities, Public Works and Parks (“Development Fees”) as set forth in the applicable Fee Charts below.
Fee Chart. To assist the City in meeting expenses resulting from ongoing development, upon application for a building permit from the City for any portion of the Property, each Builder shall pay Development Fees for Road, Police, Fire, School, Library and Parks (“Development Fees”) which shall be adjusted by the Additional Adjustment Factor (if the Term is extended) on the first day of the 21st year of the Term, as set forth in the table below. With the exception of On-Site Road Fees, Police and Fire Fees, the Development Fees set forth below are based upon 2005 figures. The Development Fee amounts (including Exhibit G) were increased by the annual 3% Adjustment Factor effective July 1, 2006 and shall increasehenceforth each July 1 by the applicable Adjustment Factor.   • Fee Schedule For the performance by the Transfer Agent pursuant to this Agreement, the Fund agrees to pay the Transfer Agent an annual maintenance fee for each Shareholder account as set forth in the attached fee schedule (“Schedule 5.1”). Such fees and out-of-pocket expenses and advances identified under Section 5.2 below may be changed from time to time subject to mutual written agreement between the Fund and the Transfer Agent.

  • Termination Fee Charge A. In the event the Judicial Council terminates this Agreement pursuant to the “Termination Other Than for Cause” provision, as set forth in Exhibit A, the Judicial Council may be charged a Termination Fee, not to exceed the amount specified in Exhibit G.

  • Salary Pay Date/Schedule 3.1.1 Save and except for substitute teachers, each teacher shall be paid 1/12 of their annual rate of salary on or before the 25 day of the month from September to August inclusive provided that the December payment shall be made prior to the last teaching day in December.

  • Purpose of Attachment Facilities Except as may be required by Applicable Laws and Regulations, or as otherwise agreed to among the Parties, the Attachment Facilities shall be constructed for the sole purpose of interconnecting the Large Generating Facility to the New York State Transmission System and shall be used for no other purpose.

  • Service Level Agreement Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Bank agrees to perform the custody services provided for under this Agreement in a manner that meets or exceeds any service levels as may be agreed upon by the parties from time to time in a written document that is executed by both parties on or after the date of this Agreement, unless that written document specifically states that it is not contractually binding. For the avoidance of doubt, Bank’s Service Directory shall not be deemed to be such a written document.

  • Compensation Schedule Except as otherwise provided herein, employees shall be compensated within the pay range assigned to the classification of the position in which they are employed and in accordance with the pertinent conditions of employment enumerated in this Agreement. Sec. 503 REGULAR PAY DAY: Employees shall be paid on or about the Friday following the end of the biweekly payroll period.

  • Hourly Rate (A) The amounts shall be computed by multiplying the appropriate hourly rates prescribed in the contract by the number of direct labor hours performed. Fractional parts of an hour shall be payable on a prorated basis.
