Fee Changes. On each anniversary date of this Agreement (determined from the “Effective Date” for each Fund as set forth on Appendix IV), the base and/or minimum fees enumerated in Appendix IV attached hereto, may be increased by the change in the Consumer Price Index for the Northeast region (the “CPI”) for the twelve-month period ending with the month preceding such annual anniversary date. Any CPI increases not charged in any given year may be included in prospective CPI fee increases in future years. GFS Agrees to provide the Board prior written notice of any CPI increase.
Fee Changes. The fees, out-of pocket expenses and advances identified in subsections (a) and (b) above may only be changed subject to prior written approval by the Trust. For reports, analyses and services requested in writing by the Trust and provided by GFS, not in the ordinary course, GFS shall charge $150/hour for senior staff time, $75/hour for junior staff time and $200/hour for computer personnel time.
Fee Changes a. The Fees for Services are based upon assumptions about the Merchant’s business, anticipated annual volume and average transaction size. These assumptions are based on information provided by the Merchant in the Application. If the actual volume or average transaction size are not as expected, or if you significantly alter your method of doing business, Servicers may adjust your Merchant Discount Rate and upon 90 days advance notice.
Fee Changes. With respect to existing Services, GreenOrbit reserves the right to vary and change the Fees annually. Where GreenOrbit does so, it will provide you with at least thirty (30) days’ notice in advance. With respect to new Hosted services, the fees for any new services will take immediate effect from the date GreenOrbit notifies you of same.
Fee Changes. ZealiD reserves the right to change the fees for the Service at any time unless otherwise specified by the Order Form. ZealiD shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide Customer with prior notice of any change, but such changes shall not require Customer consent.
Fee Changes. The fees, out-of pocket expenses and advances identified in the foregoing subsections (a) and (b) above may be changed from time to time subject to mutual written agreement between the Trust and ADS.
Fee Changes. The Board may add, remove, increase, or decrease the Administration Fee or other fees charged, which could have a material effect on the Account Owner’s investment in the Program and the Account Balance.
Fee Changes. QuoVadis reserves the right to change the fees for the Services at any time. QuoVadis shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide Reseller with prior notice of any change, but such changes shall not require Reseller consent.
Fee Changes. Grass Valley may unilaterally increase either the Platform Access Fee, any Subscription Fee, the Consumption Fees, the Token Price and/or the Token Rates not more than one time per twelve (12) month period upon ninety (90) days prior notice to Managed Service Provider. Grass Valley reserves the right, at any time, to decrease fees and/or to introduce new Applications with their own fee schedule. The Subscription Fees, Consumption Fees, Token Price and Token Rate for third party applications that may be available on the Platform are priced independently. For the purposes of this Section and notwithstanding Section 12.1, notice of any such Fee changes shall be effectively given to the Managed Service Provider when such Fee changes are made available to the Managed Service Provider by Grass Valley in the Platform, on its website at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx or elsewhere. Managed Service Provider shall be bound by, and deemed to have approved such changes unless Managed Service Provider provides Grass Valley with written notice of non-renewal prior to the expiry of such ninety (90) day notice period.
Fee Changes. We may at our sole discretion and at any time change or update our License fees, and any such change will become effective as of your next applicable License renewal or purchase. We will notify you in advance of any such fee changes.
