Federation Dues. 6-4-1 The Denver Federation for Paraprofessionals and Nutrition Service Employee’s (Food Service Workers) dues will be established by their constitution and bylaws and the amount of such dues will be sent to the District by September 15 of each year.
Federation Dues. 1. The Board shall deduct the uniform and periodic Federation dues from the paychecks of any employee who voluntarily authorizes in writing that such deductions be made. The Board shall transmit dues deducted from the paychecks of employees to the Federation promptly following the delivery of paychecks to employees. The Board shall make every effort to transmit dues within five (5) days of paycheck delivery.
Federation Dues. 12.1.1 On each pay date on which a Member is paid the Board shall deduct from each Member the OSSTF dues and any dues chargeable by the Bargaining Unit. The amounts shall be determined by OSSTF and/or the Bargaining Unit in accordance with their respective constitutions and forwarded, in writing, to the Board at least thirty (30) days prior to the expected date of change.
Federation Dues. 1. The Federation shall hold the Board harmless against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, lawsuits, counsel fees or other cost which may arise out of, or be by reason of, the administration or enforcement of the provisions of this section.
Federation Dues. (a) The Federation dues will be met by a monthly deduction from the Faculty Member’s salary.

Federation Dues. An amount authorized in writing to the County 14 by the FOPPO Treasurer, of the gross monthly salary for those Federation members 15 who individually request such deductions in writing on the form provided by the 16 Federation.

Upon filing with the Employer a written authorization form for payroll deductions, signed by the employee, the Employer agrees to deduct Federation membership dues levied in accordance with the Constitution and By-Laws of the Federation, from the pay of such employee who is currently on the Cheboygan-Otsego-Presque Isle Educational Service District payroll.

Unnecessary absence may put additional strain on your co-workers as they attempt to cover your absence • The board does, however, recognize that there may be times when you will be justifiably absent due to illness, family emergency, etc. Should that happen, you are required to notify your immediate supervisor as soon as possible. When reporting your absence, please state the reason and the expected length of time for the absence • Check with your supervisor to verify the reporting procedure for your particular department
Federation Dues. Pursuant to the provisions of the Massachusetts General laws, Chapter 180, Section 17A, Federation dues shall be deducted by the employer weekly from the salary of each employee who executes and submits to the Employer a Form of Authorization for payroll deduction of Federation dues as well as fees and/or other assessments. Remittance of the total amount of dues collected by the Employer shall be made to the Federation Treasurer within twenty (20) working days after the month in which the dues are deducted by the Employer.
