Common use of Federal Water Pollution Control Act Clause in Contracts

Federal Water Pollution Control Act. Contractor agrees to comply with all applicable standards, orders, and regulations issued pursuant to the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, as amended, 33 U.S.C. §§ 1251 et seq. Contractor agrees to report each violation to Unit and understands and agrees that Unit will, in turn, report each violation as required to assure notification to the U.S. Department of the Treasury and the appropriate Environmental Protection Agency Regional Office. Contractor agrees to include these requirements in each Subcontract exceeding $150,000 financed in whole or in part with Federal assistance provided by Treasury.

The Contractor agrees to include these requirements in each Subcontract subcontract exceeding $150,000 financed in whole or in part with Federal assistance provided by Treasuryfederal assistance.
