Common use of Federal Provisions Clause in Contracts

Federal Provisions. As required by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA), the attached Exhibit B to this Agreement is hereby incorporated by reference as if set forth fully herein and contains required contractual provisions that apply to all work performed or products delivered under this Agreement which is funded by a grant from the United States of America.

Federal Provisions. As required by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA), the attached Exhibit B to this Agreement is hereby incorporated by reference as if it set forth fully herein and contains required contractual provisions that apply to all work performed or products products/equipment delivered under this Agreement which is funded by a grant from the United States of America. In addition, the following provisions apply to all work performed under this Agreement that is funded by a grant from the United States of America. As used in this Section, “the Government” shall mean and refer to the Federal government of the United States of America and “FTA” shall mean the Federal Transit Administration.
