Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act Reporting Requirements. Awards issued under this Funding Opportunity are subject to the reporting requirements of the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act of 2006 (Pub. L. 109– 282), as amended by Section 6202 of Public Law 110–252 and implemented by 2 C.F.R. Part 170. Grant and cooperative agreement recipients must report information for each first-tier subaward of $25,000 or more in Federal funds and executive total compensation for the recipient’s and subrecipient’s five most highly compensated executives as outlined in Appendix A to 2 C.F.R.   • Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act of 2006 Grantee certifies that it is in compliance with the terms and requirements of 31 USC 6101.

  • Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act Requirements No bid will be considered unless the Contractor certifies its compliance with the Immigration reform and Control Act of 1986 (IRCA), D.L. 99-603 and the Georgia Security Immigration Compliance Act OCGA 13-10-91 et seq. The Contractor shall execute the Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act Affidavit, as found in Section 7 of the Construction Contract. Contractor also agrees that it will execute any affidavits required by the rules and regulations issued by the Georgia Department of Audits and Accounts. If the Contractor is the successful bidder, contractor warrants that it will include a similar provision in all written agreements with any subcontractors engaged to perform services under the Contract.

  • Fiscal Accountability A. SUBRECIPIENT shall establish and maintain a sound financial management system, based upon generally accepted accounting principles. SUBRECIPIENT’s system shall provide fiscal control and accounting procedures that will include the following:

  • Health Care Accountability Ordinance If Administrative Code Chapter 12Q applies to this contract, Contractor shall comply with the requirements of Chapter 12Q. For each Covered Employee, Contractor shall provide the appropriate health benefit set forth in Section 12Q.3 of the HCAO. If Contractor chooses to offer the health plan option, such health plan shall meet the minimum standards set forth by the San Francisco Health Commission. Contractor is subject to the enforcement and penalty provisions in Chapter 12Q. Any Subcontract entered into by Contractor shall require any Subcontractor with 20 or more employees to comply with the requirements of the HCAO and shall contain contractual obligations substantially the same as those set forth in this Section.

  • Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act Grantee certifies that it is in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), Public Law Xx. 000-000, 00 XXX Parts 160, 162 and 164, and the Social Security Act, 42 USC 1320d-2 through 1320d-7, in that it may not use or disclose protected health information other than as permitted or required by law and agrees to use appropriate safeguards to prevent use or disclosure of the protected health information. Grantee shall maintain, for a minimum of six (6) years, all protected health information.

  • Compliance with Xxxxxxxx Act requirements The contractor shall comply with the requirements of 29 CFR part 3, which are incorporated by reference in this contract.

  • Financial Accountability 6.1 The Recipient must ensure that the requirements set out in this Agreement, and in any clarification or guidance issued from time to time by the Authority, are complied with. In particular the Recipient shall:
