Federal categorical aid. Each year the Institute will provide to the School the School’s proportionate share of applicable federal Elementary and Secondary Education Act funding (e.g. Title I, Title II, Title III, Title IV and Title V) received by the Institute for which the School is eligible. The School is eligible for such funds upon approval of its plans for such funds either by the Institute or the Colorado Department of Education as required. Funds will be distributed on a documented expenditure reimbursement basis on a monthly interval as long so the School provides the Institute with the required documentation.

Federal categorical aid. Each year the District shall allocate to the School the School’s proportionate share of applicable federal Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) funding (e.g. Title I, Title II, Title III, Title IV and Title V) received by the District for which the School is eligible. Schools are eligible for such funds upon approval of their plans for such funds either by the District or CDE as required. Funds shall be distributed on a documented expenditure reimbursement basis on a monthly interval as long as the School provides the District with the required documentation. The District shall annually, no later than October 15th, provide School in writing with its formulas and calculations for determination of eligibility and amounts to be received by the School, for each applicable category of title funding.
