Federal Administrative and Related Requirements. Subrecipient must comply with all federal requirements as it pertains for 24 CFR Parts 91 and 570. Subrecipient acknowledges that administration of its operation and services are subject to the requirements as established in 2 CFR Part 200, et al. Subrecipient shall procure all materials, property, or services in accordance with the requirements of 2 CFR § 200.318-326.
