With regard to any Phase 2 or later Component of the Products, unless otherwise agreed, the features and functions set forth on Exhibit 1 shall be minimum features and functions. Such Components shall have at least the features and functions set forth on Exhibit 1, and the features and functions of the previous version of such Component, unless otherwise agreed by the parties, and shall have such other or additional features and functions as may be mutually agreed by the parties.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your registration for the MBS if we cannot verify information about your Mobile Device. Access to the MBS requires the use of a Username and User Password, or other security procedure we may offer now or in the future that you select. The Executive further acknowledges that the Company does business throughout the United States and that the Executive personally has significant contact with the Company’s clients and customers solely as a result of Executive’s relationship with the Company.
