(a) Within ten (10) days after the Opening of Escrow, Seller shall provide Buyer with copies of any permits, reports (including, without limitation, any environmental assessment reports previously prepared for Seller), surveys, studies, soil assessments, agreements, documents, plans, maps, and entitlements in Seller’s possession concerning Parcel B and its improvement, development, and ownership (collectively, the “Property Documents”).
