Common use of FAR & DFARS Clause in Contracts

FAR & DFARS. When the materials or products furnished are for use in connection with a U.S. Government contract or subcontract, in addition to the General Provisions, the following provisions shall apply, as required by the terms of the prime contract or by the operation of law or regulation. In the event of a conflict between these FAR and DFARS provisions and the General Provisions, the FAR and DFARS provisions shall control.
