Common use of Family Unit Clause in Contracts

Family Unit. If an individual is determined eligible for TennCare and has another family member already enrolled in an MCO, that individual shall be enrolled in the same MCO. This does not apply when the individual or family member is assigned to TennCare Select. If the newly enrolled family member opts to change MCOs during the 45-day change period (see Section 2.4.7.2.1), all family members in the case will be transferred to the new MCO.
