Family Support Services. 31.1 The Commission acknowledges the family and carer responsibilities managed by their employees and that that these responsibilities can impact on their productivity and capacity to operate effectively at work. To support employees in these responsibilities the Commission has engaged the services of a family support service. This service assists employees with information and resources across a range of family and carer matters. Career break scheme Employees will be eligible to apply for a three month unpaid career break scheme after they have been employed for 5 years and for a further three months unpaid for each subsequent 5 year period. The three month period is in calendar days and will be non-cumulative. All approvals will be subject to operational requirements and the negotiation of a mutually agreeable period of absence. Where it is of direct benefit to the work of the Commission and the career development of the employee it will count as service.

Family Support Services. All FSS referrals must come from the PCSO CPID and referred through the Provider’s intake process: through Provider’s phone intake line. Family Support Services shall be provided to SAFE families with high or very high risk levels as determined by PCSO CPID’s actuarial Risk Assessment completed at the conclusion of an investigation for alleged child maltreatment (however a referral can be received/accepted at any time). PCSO CPID will determine that the referred children are deemed safe prior to making the Family Support Services referral to Provider. The Diversion Provider is assigned as primary on Family Support Services cases. Family Support Services shall be recommended when PCSO CPID has determined that children in the family are safe from impending danger; however, the family has a high or very high likelihood for maltreatment given their risk level. These services are intended to prevent the occurrence of a future child abuse investigation and/or child maltreatment by: strengthening protective factors that will increase the ability of families to nurture their children successfully; enhancing the social and emotional well-being of each child and the family; enabling families to use other resources and opportunities available in the community; and assisting families with creating or strengthening family resource networks to enhance and support childrearing. The licensed Family Therapist/Clinician shall have two (2) years of experience working with family theory and practice. The Therapist/Clinician shall continuously evaluate the needs of the family members and provide services accordingly. These services shall include but not be limited to; multi-family groups, psycho-educational groups, and family therapy. Some of the components of family treatment should include, but not be limited to: communication, family dynamics, and resource development.

  • STUDENT SUPPORT SERVICES The Parties will identify and collaborate on measures to assist those students who may not be performing satisfactorily to succeed. The School will seek guidance from the College designee(s) in the areas of test preparation, tutoring, College Connection services, academic advising, and the development of an integrated support system for Students across the two institutions. Students will have access to the same or similar tutoring and other academic support as provided for other students in the School District, School and College. To promote academic success, the Parties will provide academic support services as may be needed. The School counselor and its designee will work to ensure Students receive pertinent information regarding higher education, financial assistance, and assistance waivers for tuition and fees. As needed, each Party will assist families as they complete initial application and admission requirements per the respective organizations’ processes. The School District will be responsible for non-academic counseling services and the College is authorized, but not required, to provide emergency counseling intervention services. See section 4 – Disability Support Services.

  • Support Services HP’s support services will be described in the applicable Supporting Material, which will cover the description of HP’s offering, eligibility requirements, service limitations and Customer responsibilities, as well as the Customer systems supported.

  • Technical Support Services 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

  • Training Services Training Services may include pre-packaged training Products, and/or the development or customization of training programs as requested, including Live Training, Computer Based/Multi-Media Training which encompasses Internet-Delivered Training, and/or Video Based Training.

  • Educational Services Any service or supply for education, training or retraining services or testing including: special education, remedial education; cognitive remediation; wilderness/outdoor treatment, therapy or adventure programs (whether or not the program is part of a Residential Treatment facility or otherwise licensed institution); job training or job hardening programs; educational services and schooling or any such related or similar program including therapeutic programs within a school setting.

  • Extended Support Services As long as funding is available (through FFFS, etc.), the district will provide the following supportive services for individuals who are eligible under the TANF Services 200% of poverty eligibility guidelines: Services listed in the supportive services attachment are provided to TANF, SNAP and 200% eligible individuals.

  • Program Services a) Personalized Care Practice agrees to provide to Program Member certain enhancements and amenities to professional medical services to be rendered by Personalized Care Practice to Program Member, as further described in Schedule 1 to these Terms. Upon prior written notice to Program Member, Personalized Care Practice may add or modify the Program Services set forth in Schedule 1, as reasonably necessary, and subject to such additional fees and/or terms and conditions as may be reasonably necessary.

  • Academic Policies and Student Support Services X. Xxxx College courses offered as dual credit, regardless of where they are taught, follow the same syllabus, course outline, textbook, grading method, and other academic policies and procedures as the courses outlined in the Hill College policy manual, catalog, and student handbook.   • Hospice Services Services are available for a Member whose Attending Physician has determined the Member's illness will result in a remaining life span of six months or less.
