Family Defined. Immediate family is defined as parents, children, brothers, sisters, grandparents and legal guardians of the employee or the employee’s spouse. In the case of any other relative of the employee, the applicable appointing authority may authorize such sick leave and shall notify Human Resources in writing.
Family Defined. Family is defined for the purpose of this Article as follows: parent child partner (including legal) grandchild brother grandparent sister fiancé(e) in-laws guardians (including former) xxxx or any person with whom the Employee shares the same domicile and/or an intimate relationship, or for whom the Employee is required to administer bereavement responsibilities.
Family Defined. “Immediate Family” is defined as an employee’s spouse under a valid marriage pursuant to NRS 122.010 or a registered domestic partner as defined in NRS 122A.030 and the employee’s parents, legal guardian, children, stepchildren or xxxxxx children, brothers, sisters, grandparents, or grandchildren. The term “Immediate Family” also includes an employee’s spouse’s (or registered domestic partner’s) parents, legal guardian, brothers, sisters, grandparents, or grandchildren. In the case of any other relative of the employee, the applicable appointing authority may authorize such sick leave and must notify the Human Resources Manager in writing of the approval.
Family Defined. The term “family” shall be defined to mean father, mother, son, daughter, brother, sister, husband, wife, grandmother, grandfather, aunt, uncle, nephew, niece, granddaughter, grandson, any "in-law", and any member of the immediate household.
Family Defined. Immediate family means, as used in this Article: spouse, 22 domestic partner, grandparent, parent, child, sibling, child-in-law, parent-in-law, grandchild of the 23 e mployee, employee’s spouse or employee’s domestic partner.
