Common use of Family and Medical Leave (FMLA Clause in Contracts

Family and Medical Leave (FMLA. FMLA leave shall run concurrently with any paid leave of absence available to a bargaining unit member for care and treatment of such serious health condition unless otherwise specified by this Article. Sick leave must be exhausted before taking an unpaid FMLA leave.
