False Statements. Contractor represents and warrants that all statements and information prepared and submitted by Contractor in this Contract and any related Solicitation Response are current, complete, true, and accurate. Contractor acknowledges any false statement or material misrepresentation made by Contractor during the performance of this Contract or any related Solicitation is a material breach of contract and may void this Contract. Further, Contractor understands, acknowledges, and agrees that any false representation or any failure to comply with a representation, warranty, or certification made by Contractor is subject to all civil and criminal consequences provided at law or in equity including, but not limited to, immediate termination of this Contract.
False Statements. Any warranty, representation or statement made or furnished to Lender by Borrower or on Borrower's behalf under this Agreement or the Related Documents is false or misleading in any material respect, either now or at the time made or furnished or becomes false or misleading at any time thereafter.

Any warranty, representation or statement made or furnished to Lender by Grantor or on Grantor's behalf under this Agreement or the Related Documents is false or misleading in any material respect, either now or at the time made or furnished or becomes false or misleading at any time thereafter.

Any warranty, representation or statement made or furnished to Lender by or on behalf of Borrower or any Grantor under this Agreement or the Related Documents is false or misleading in any material respect at the time made or furnished, or becomes false or misleading at any time thereafter. DEFECTIVE COLLATERALIZATION. This Agreement or any of the Related Documents ceases to be in full force and effect (including failure of any Security Agreement to create a valid and perfected Security Interest) at any time and for any reason.
False Statements. Recipient understands that making false statements or claims in connection with this award is a violation of federal law and may result in criminal, civil, or administrative sanctions, including fines, imprisonment, civil damages and penalties, debarment from participating in federal awards or contracts, and/or any other remedy available by law.
False Statements. False statements made in connection with this Contract, including statements in, omissions from and failures to timely update the EDS, as well as in any other affidavits, statements or Contract Documents constitute a material breach of the Contract. Any such misrepresentation renders the Contract voidable at the option of the City, notwithstanding any prior review or acceptance by the City of any materials containing such a misrepresentation. In addition, the City may debar Contractor, assert any contract claims or seek other civil or criminal remedies as a result of a misrepresentation (including costs of replacing a terminated Contractor pursuant to MCC Sect. 1-21- 010.
False Statements. Any statement of fact, representation, or warranty I make to Lender in my loan application, this Loan Agreement, or in any other Loan Document is false, inaccurate, or incomplete.

False Statements. Any representation or statement made by Borrower to Lender is false in any material respect.

Any representation or warranty of the Borrower or any Guarantor set forth in this Agreement, the Notes or the other Loan Documents or in any other certificate, opinion or other statement at any time provided by or on behalf of the Borrower or any Guarantor in connection herewith or therewith shall prove to be false or misleading in any material respect at the time made or given.
