Fair Share Plan. 7.1 Employees who are not members of the Union shall make payments in lieu of dues to the Union. Such payments shall be in such amounts as are certified by the Union to represent fair share payment in lieu of dues as provided by law. This section shall be referred to as the ‘fair share agreement’, and the Employer shall deduct from the first paycheck of each employee each month the payments for regular dues, as authorized in writing by the employee, or payments in lieu of dues as provided by law and shall remit the same to the Union within ten (10) days after the deduction is made.

  • Physician Incentive Plans In the event Provider participates in a physician incentive plan (“PIP”) under the Agreement, Provider agrees that such PIPs must comply with 42 CFR 417.479, 42 CFR 438.3, 42 CFR 422.208, and 42 CFR 422.210, as may be amended from time to time. Neither United nor Provider may make a specific payment directly or indirectly under a PIP to a physician or physician group as an inducement to reduce or limit Medically Necessary services furnished to an individual Covered Person. PIPs must not contain provisions that provide incentives, monetary or otherwise, for the withholding of services that meet the definition of Medical Necessity.

  • Overseas Shareholders The release, publication or distribution of this Announcement in or into certain jurisdictions other than the United Kingdom or the United States may be restricted by law. Persons who are not resident in the United Kingdom or the United States or who are subject to other jurisdictions should inform themselves of, and observe, any applicable requirements.   • Can I Roll Over or Transfer Amounts from Other IRAs or Employer Plans If properly executed, you are allowed to roll over a distribution from one Traditional IRA to another without tax penalty.
