Fair Labour Policy. The Employer undertakes, wherever possible, to use services, products and other materials necessary to the proper functioning of his/her hotel, manufactured and produced under fair labour conditions.

Fair Labour Policy. Wherever practicable the Employer shall endeavour to see that all materials used by the Employer shall be materials which are processed by fair labour in respect to their manufacture and subsequent wholesaling and handling.

  • GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY CONTRACTOR shall establish a Good Neighbor Policy, 24 which shall be reviewed and approved by ADMINISTRATOR. The policy shall include, but not be 25 limited to, staff training to deal with neighbor complaints, staff contact information available to 26 neighboring residents and complaint procedures.
