FAIR DISMISSAL PROCEDURE. A. Notification of Status A non-tenured teacher will be informed of the Superintendent's recommendation as to whether s/he has been granted tenure at least sixty (60) days prior to the expiration date of her/his probationary period and shall be informed in writing of the final action of the Board on the granting or denial of her/his tenure at least sixty (60) days prior to the expiration date of her/his probationary period.
