Failure to Perform Duties. The Employee’s material failure to perform (other than by reason of illness or disability) his duties to the Company, or his material negligence in the performance of his duties and/or responsibilities to the Company, provided that the Employee shall have had prior written notice and a reasonable opportunity of not less than thirty (30) days to correct any deficiency in such performance;
Failure to Perform Duties. If Executive neglects to perform the material duties of his employment under this Agreement in a professional and businesslike manner, other than due to his physical or mental infirmity, after having received thirty (30) days written notice specifying such failure to perform and a reasonable opportunity to perform.

If Executive (A) willfully fails to comply with a reasonable direction of the CEO, or such other person as Executive is assigned to report to pursuant to this Agreement or (B) neglects to perform the material duties of his or her employment under this Agreement in a professional and businesslike manner, other than due to his or her becoming Disabled (as defined below), which failure to comply or perform continues for a period of fifteen (15) days after receipt by Executive of written notice thereof;
Failure to Perform Duties. If Executive fails or refuses to perform the duties reasonably required of him by the Company after notice and not less than fifteen (15) days opportunity to cure such failure or refusal, or if Executive takes actions reasonably calculated to cause his termination of employment, after notice and not less than fifteen (15) days opportunity to cure cease or otherwise such actions.
Failure to Perform Duties. 13.1 It is the intention that, during the term of this Agreement, unit members shall faithfully and diligently perform all of the duties normally associated with their positions. There shall be no strike, work stoppage, or any other failure to properly perform assigned duties by the Association, its officers, or unit members.
