Failure to Pay Fees. Except in the case of bona fide dispute the Licensee fails to pay any license fees, royalties, or other payments or provide any statement required in relation to the same within 60 days of their being due; and/or
Failure to Pay Fees. If Subscriber has failed to make a payment of any fees within 30 days from the date on which the fees became due and payable, TCM may, without notice and without incurring liability to Subscriber, suspend or terminate Subscriber’s access to the Data System and use of the Data. Except for amounts disputed in good faith by writing sent to TCM on or before the payment due date, amounts that remain outstanding more than 30 days after the date on which they became due and payable shall be subject to interest at a rate of 1.5% above the prime rate of the Royal Bank of Canada or, if less, the maximum interest rate allowed by law. TCM shall have the right to set off any sums due from Subscriber to TCM against any sums due from TCM to Subscriber.
Failure to Pay Fees. The undersigned Student understands that failure to satisfy his/her financial obligations may result in penalties, including, but not limited to course schedule and housing contract cancellation, room forfeiture, eviction, the withholding of registration, late/cancellation fees, referral to collection agency, and/or the refusal to issue transcripts or diploma. The Student understands and agrees that he/she shall reimburse Xxxxxxx State University for all costs incurred by Xxxxxxx State University (or any entity acting on Xxxxxxx State University's behalf) in any action for collection of sums due hereunder, including, but not limited to, court costs, collection agency fees, attorney's fees, interest fees and any other related fees. Failure of Xxxxxxx State University to enforce or pursue any of its rights hereunder shall not act as a waiver of that right or any other right to later exercise any right or enforce any remedy which it may have at law and/or equity. Resident understands and agrees that University may apply any sum that would otherwise be returned to Resident under this Contract to any amounts past-due by Resident to Xxxxxxx State University; provided, in the case of refunds governed by Title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965 (as amended), the amount of the refund will not be applied to amounts otherwise owed to Xxxxxxx State University or University. Past-due accounts may also be referred for collection. Resident agrees to reimburse Provider the fees of any collection agency, which may be based upon a percentage of the amount owed by Resident at a maximum of 33.3% of the amount owed and all costs and expenses of collection, including reasonable attorneys’ fees Provider incurs in any collection efforts.
Failure to Pay Fees. Seller shall fail to pay any fee payable to Buyer hereunder or pursuant to the Fee Letter as and when due and the same is not cured within three (3) Business Days after receipt of written demand therefor from Buyer.
Failure to Pay Fees. If fees remain unpaid 28 days after they were due, the School shall be entitled to take measures to recover the debt, and/or to exclude you from the School, withhold you from any award or qualification, suspend further performance of its obligations under this Agreement, or refuse to allow you to proceed to any further stage of the programme, until all outstanding amounts have been paid or arrangements for payment have been established which the School considers satisfactory.
Failure to Pay Fees. The cooperator is liable for fees assessed for services performed under this agreement. APHIS will assess a late payment penalty for failure to pay fees when due. In addition, the overdue fees shall accrue interest as required by 31 U.S.C. 3717.
Failure to Pay Fees. 2.2.5.1. Institutions will forfeit their right to participate in XXXX if they fail to pay fees required by National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements or by the BoardState Portal Entity.

Once the Company receives payment from the Subscriber, the Password will be reactivated and access to the Services will be restored.
