Faculty Workload. 11.1 It is agreed by the parties hereto that the provisions of this Article are intended for the sole purpose of maintaining or enhancing the academic quality of the University. Except as set forth in paragraphs 4 and 5, it is further agreed that this Article shall not be used as a basis of limiting faculty workload when such limitations would interfere with matters of academic judgment.
