Faculty and Other. An employee may be required to remain after the end of the regular workday for the purpose of attending faculty meetings or activities no more than 2 times each month. Attendance at such faculty meetings or activities shall not be required longer than one hour and 15 minutes beyond his/her pupils’ regular dismissal time. Sign language interpreters shall receive compensatory time for all time spent in meetings after the regular workday. Compensatory time shall be earned in increments of reasonable rounding to the closest fifteen (15) minutes.

Faculty and Other. Faculty meetings will be held on a regular basis, with adequate advance notice given. Where possible, at least five (5) days notification will be provided. There will be no more than four (4) meetings per month, unless an emergency exists requiring special planning.
Faculty and Other. Teachers may be required to remain after the end of the regular workday, without additional compensation, for the purpose of attending faculty or other professional meetings up to ten (10) meetings each school year scheduled at the discretion of the administration. These meetings shall begin five (5) minutes after student dismissal time. Nine (9) of these meetings shall last for no more than thirty (30) minutes. One (1) meeting may last up to one (1) hour. No more than two (2) meetings will be regularly scheduled within any one (1) calendar month. Whenever possible, the administration will provide forty-eight (48) hours' notice of the meeting by providing teaching staff members with an agenda. In cases of an emergency, as determined by the administration, a meeting may be called with less notice upon notification of the Association President of the reason for calling the meeting.
Faculty and Other. Employees may be required to remain after the end of the regular day without additional compensation, for the purpose of attending faculty or other professional meetings one (l) day each month, unless otherwise agreed upon by the Association and administration.

Teachers may be required to arrive before or remain after the normal work day for a total of two (2) hours per month for required meetings; such meetings shall not be held on more than two (2) days per month. Morning and afternoon meetings will not be required on the same day for the same teachers.

Such meetings shall begin no later than ten (10) minutes after the student dismissal time or shall not start before 8 AM and shall run for a reasonable amount of time. Except in cases of emergency involving the health and safety of students and teachers, if additional time is needed, students shall be dismissed early. If these exceed six (6) meetings, employees shall be paid at the rate set forth in Schedule C.
Faculty and Other. Early release days shall be scheduled on Wednesdays according to the District adopted calendar. Building principals may schedule professional development, professional learning communities, or other faculty meetings on those early release days. Such meetings will commence after the dismissal of students and be completed at the end of the normal work day. Teachers may be required to attend faculty or other professional meetings, in addition to their regular in-school workday, without additional compensation. Such meetings will be held no more than four (4) days each month or 120 minutes total. These meetings shall run for no more than thirty (30) minutes each and be contiguous to the work day. IEP meetings, 504 meetings, parent-teacher conferences and other meetings with parents/guardians may be held virtually at the discretion of the teacher and with the agreement of the parent/guardian.

Such meetings shall begin no later than ten (10) minutes after the student dismissal time or shall not start before 8 AM and shall run for a reasonable amount of time. Except in cases of emergency involving the health and safety of students and teachers, if additional time is needed, students shall be dismissed early. If these exceed five (5) meetings, employees shall be paid at the rate set forth in Schedule C. The Principal shall consult with the Association about meeting dates by September 30 each year.
